The compact, high-efficiency Ultra-Aire 98H is designed for tight, low-clearance, shallow spaces, where most dehumidifiers cannot fit.
The Ultra-Aire 98H is designed to provide exceptional indoor air quality and comfort in the home. The Ultra-Aire 98H provides superior air filtration (MERV 11) and is capable of removing 98 pints of water per day. Although a MERV 11 media filter is standard, a separate, optional filter housing is available which provides additional filtration up to MERV 14 efficiency. This unit's high capacity performance and superior level of air filtration keeps the Ultra-Aire 98H working at peak efficiency for longer than other devices with cheaper designs. The Ultra-Aire 98H is controlled by a variety of 24 volt remote wired controls, that can be used for many applications.
The Ultra-Aire 98H is designed for areas up to 2,300 square feet. The unit features a well-insulated, compact horizontal cabinet for the ultimate in quiet operation. The Ultra-Aire engineers have designed multi-option filtration, ducting and condensate kits, which provide the ultimate flexibility for your specific installation requirements.
Fresh Air Ventilation
Optional fresh outdoor air may be ducted to the unit via a six inch round duct. This provides fresh air to dilute pollutants and maintain high oxygen content in the air. The amount of fresh air ventilation can be regulated by a variety of dampers and controls.
The Ultra-Aire 98H includes air filtration to improve indoor air quality. A MERV 11 media filter is standard. An optional external MERV 14 filter box and deep pleated 95% media filter is available for optimum air filtration and to reduce potentially harmful airborne particles. If the optional filter is chosen, a standard filter operates as a prefilter.

Condensate Pump allows water removed from the unit to automatically be pumped thru tubing to a drain, even if drain is higher than unit. Without a condensate pump, water can only flow to a drain that is lower then the unit.
